Thank you, once again, to your staff and fantastic jeweler at the Lehigh Valley Mall store. I had to have my engagement ring and wedding band resized again because my finger went back to its normal size within the year and they were able to accommodate me today on the spot. Your awesome jeweler resized both rings within an hour as well as applying a new rhodium coat to each ring. My rings look like they have never been resized previously and they look brand spanking new all sparkly and shiny Thank you, thank you, and thank you!!

Chet and I want to thank you, Donna and Freeman Jewelers, for your outstanding service. On our trip back to Allentown, we visited your store in the South Mall on Thursday, June 24, hoping you would be able to repair my engagement ring which we bought at Freeman Jewelers in 1960. We were leaving early Sunday morning for home which has been Louisville, KY since 2003. You not only beautifully repaired my ring but did it in record time. It was ready the following day, Friday, June 25 at 5:00 p.m. I won't trust my diamond to anyone else. This year, on September 10, we will celebrate our 50th Anniversary!

I write this letter to express my appreciation for the help,kindness and knowledge of Liz Culver and Brenda Emmanuel. They were instrumental in obtaining digital display instuctions for my Seiko Analog Alarm Chronograph that had been given to me by my late wife at our 50th wedding anniverary in 1993. Since then I lost the digital display instructions and as a result was unable to correctly operate the digital display and button operation. Liz Culver had previously arranged for watch work for me and recalled my name and the work that had been done. It was a happy surprise to receive a telephone call from Liz that the Seiko instructions were on hand. When I arrived at the Palmer Park Mall store, a copy of the instructions and the watch were waiting for me. Not only that, either Liz of Brenda had set the date and day operation that I wanted. In brief, I'm a happy person, thanks to Liz and Brenda. I'm now able to program my watch. I know that my wife would be pleased.
